This is the second time I have had a spring break on a Garage door (Different Garage Doors). Both times I have utilized RW Garage Doors and both times the service and price have been exceptional. They don't just replace the spring they check over the whole door (every nut and bolt) making adjustments as needed to ensure the door is working optimally. They are always happy to explain as much as you want to hear and answered all my questions! I could not recommend them more!

When temperature got over 70 degrees our garage door would make a loud thunk when opening. Strange. Right? A neighbor suggested Robert at RW Garage Doors. I called to mke a appointment. Hard to do when this problem only occured at a certain temperature and time of day. Not at all hard for RW. I called. Talked to Brittany. She made it happen that day! Robert showed up on time. Found the problem. Told me how to fix it myself. (just some minor trimming of sheetrock). And refused to charge us anything. Through the years, Karol and I have done a lot of remodeling. Hired a lot of contractors. RW Garage Door is the best we have worked with. I now have a Garage Door Guy. If you have garage door issues, don't check around. Call Robert.

Working with RW was a truly a pleasure! They are very responsive ... returned my call about a broken garage door on Thanksgiving Day to make sure the house was secure. Then came out on Saturday to diagnose the problem, ordered the part needed to fix it on Monday morning and came out again on Wednesday when the part had arrived. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and cheerful ... he went over and above the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. When I need another repair or a new garage door, I will definitely use them! Wish all businesses were like this!
