It cannot be overstated how much I appreciate that Brittany and Robert truly cared to support my goal of buying parts to DIY my spring replacements. Most other local businesses wouldn’t sell me parts and were completely discouraging about me replacing the my springs myself - understandably, I admit, considering the potential danger. Plus, if I backed out of my DIY plan, RW is very competitively priced, arguably underpriced for the value I received before I could even buy anything. Brittany was incredibly helpful with identifying alternative parts, spring calculations, even offered Robert’s contact info in case I had questions during my DIY install. What’s more, they continued to help me over the phone and text despite not having my spring size in stock.
